Our client is a well-established and growing steel fabrication and installation company located in Cranbrook BC, providing industrial services to Industrial, Municipal, and Commercial companies.They are currently looking for a Field Supervisor for their Elk Valley region. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with over 5 years of supervision experience and industrial site management experience, preferably in structural steel. This position will provide overall leadership for a team of six, and be responsible for overseeing safety, manpower, schedules, and execution for projects for work in Northern BC (Terrace), West Kootenays (Trail, Castlegar, Nelson), East Kootenays (Sparwood), and Canmore.The position is based at their Cranbrook office, with a typical schedule of 5 days on 2 days off and required flexibility during shutdowns and projects. It often requires continuous work for about two weeks during the summer, followed by flexible downtime.Compensation is based on experience and qualifications, and benefits are provided, along with a company truck and cell phone.Powered by JazzHR
