Provides backup support for other members of IT Dept as needed. This is an on-campus position with no opportunity for remote work.Qualifications: A Computer Technology Diploma, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and CompTIA A+ with a minimum 2 years #39; experience in a LAN/WAN environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a high level of customer service are required. Experience in a post-secondary educational environment is desirable.
