  • Production Planning: Schedule and adjust the production process to meet timelines.
  • QA/QC: uphold our standard in product quality.
  • Team Leadership: Drive a team of skilled production workers toward excellence.
  • Budget Management: Optimize our production budget for maximum efficiency.
  • Inventory Oversight: Ensure materials are in stock and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest welding, fabrication, and CNC technology.
  • Safety: Lead the charge in exceeding industry safety standards.
  • Reporting: Deliver regular, clear reports to company leadership.

EDUCATIONamp; EXPERIENCEYears of experience combined with education, designations or certifications.
  • 5+ years in production management, ideally in welding/fabrication.
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Experience in reading and interpreting drawings is a must
  • Tekla, Solidworks, and AutoCAD experience is beneficial
