Job Description

Car-On Auto is looking for an Automotive Service advisor!About Car-On Automotive Group:Family-owned and located in Ottawa we are a pre-owned automotive store in a league of our own. We are Eastern Ontario #39;s largest and fastest-growing pre-owned store. We are a full-fledged, cradle-to-grave dealership with sales, service, parts and body shop departments.   • Greet and welcome service customers and listen to their concerns
  • Work with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs
  • Prepare repair orders, enter them into the database system and close orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.
  • Provide service recommendations to customers including estimating costs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturer standards
  • Strive to meet the department #39;s repair order production standards
  • Other service-related duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual - English and French is a must
  • Must have a valid driver #39;s license and insurance
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience
  • Automotive sector experience is a strong asset
  • Must have great customer service and listening skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • The ability to manage warranty administration would be an asset
  • Strong computer skills and experience is an asset
