Your responsibilities:As a Customer Service Representative at TigerTel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions. You will act as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Your duties will also include accurately recording and managing customer information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Additionally, you will be required to learn and use various software programs efficiently, including our customer relationship management (CRM) system and other relevant tools. You will be expected to navigate these systems with ease and utilize them to enhance your productivity and efficiency.Ideal candidates will have:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in a call center or customer service environment (preferred), a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset. They should be able to adapt to new situations quickly and effectively. Additionally, ideal candidates will have a strong ability to empathize with customers and provide helpful solutions to their problems. They should be able to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally, maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor at all times. Furthermore, ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and be committed to providing excellent customer service.
