Job Description

Right Traffic is seeking an Executive Administration Assistant to provide support with the daily needs of an exciting team. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, and Manager of Operational Integration, you will be an integral part of the success of our team. This person will have the ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment while maintaining a positive attitude.Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Support with incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Assist with preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct guided research and gather information as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, office organization.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist department managers on ad hoc tasks
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

  • Post-secondary education in office/business administration
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Microsoft office knowledge with proficient computer and internet skills
  • Able to prioritize workload

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in person and on the phone; clear and concise written communication.
Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year based on experienceBenefits:
