We are immediately hiring for Full Time Customer Service Representatives to join our team of incredible people!Directors #39; Choice is accepting applications for Inbound Call Center Representatives servicing a large client base. We are looking for motivated and performance-driven people. More importantly, we are looking for the RIGHT people to fill these unique and important positions. We answer incoming phone calls for our clients. We professionally greet callers, provide and request required information, document information and transfer incoming calls or take messages as necessary. We also relay and route critical messages to on-call personnel by prioritizing emergency calls, paging individuals to inform of emergencies and utilizing call center tools to ensure the right person receives the right message at the right time. Again, we provide INBOUND customer support only - we are not a telemarketing center.We have Full Time and Part Time positions available and are seeking friendly, competent individuals with great attitudes! Our jobs require people that are very detail oriented.   • Tuesday - Saturday: 10:30am-7:30pm (Sunday/Monday Off)
  • Sunday - Thursday: 3pm-12am (Friday/Saturday Off)
  • Sunday - Wednesday and Friday: 1pm-10pm (Thursday/Saturday Off)
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 3pm-12am (Sunday/Wednesday Off)
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday: 9:30am-6:30pm (Sunday/Friday Off)
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 5am-2pm (Thursday/Saturday Off)
  • Sunday - Thursday: 12am-9am (Friday/Saturday Off)
  • Tuesday - Saturday: 12am-9am (Sunday/Monday Off)
  • Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 2pm-11pm (Monday/Saturday Off)
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday: 12pm-9pm (Sunday/Thursday Off)
  • Monday - Thursday and Saturday: 2:30am-11:30am (Sunday/Friday Off)
  • Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 2:30am-11:30am (Monday/Saturday Off)
• You must be available to work evenings, a weekend shift, and holidays

Training:

• First two weeks: Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm, Third week: Tuesday-Saturday, 7pm-4am

The Essential Duties of our Representatives are:

• Obtain customer information by answering telephone calls, interviewing callers and verifying information.
• Document all necessary and needed information.
• Follow all required processes and procedures.
• Attend and successfully complete required Call Center training.

The Skills and Qualifications we look for are:

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills (English/Spanish), specifically: spelling, grammar and diction.
• Use professional phone voice communicating customer care and concern.
• Demonstrated active-listening skills to gain client information and ability to ask appropriate questions.
• Demonstrated accurate and fast typing skills.
• Use PC/computer skills in the Microsoft Windows environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and be 18 years of age.
