• Customer service, including educating customers on the principles of natural feeding (we train you!). Helping customers choose the best options for their pets.
• Process purchases, payments, and returns.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
• Represent Totally Raw Pet Food’s brand, vision, and high standards of quality products and service
• Available occasional weekdays, evenings and weekends
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work between our two Retail locations when needed as mentioned above: 362 Lacewood Drive, Halifax, and 50 Akerley Blvd. #112, Dartmouth.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or related customer-facing experience required.
• Team-player who can solve problems and address customers’ questionsamp; concerns.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills e.g., POS.
• Knowledge and experience working in the pet industry are an asset.
