• Education: Post secondary Degree in business administration, engineering or related disciplines required.
• Master #39;s degree in business administration, engineering or related disciplines would be considered an asset but not mandatory.
• Experience: 5+ years of project management experience and/or Supply Chain experience
• Lean/Six Sigma Greenbelt or PMP certifications considered an asset.
• Ability to work constructively and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the business.

All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead project teams to the successful implementation and control of an initiative linked to supply chain overall strategy.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate opportunities, identify issues, trends, frame analytic solutions and drive results considered an asset but not mandatory.
• Collect, scope, prioritize and conduct business case analyses for improvement opportunities in line with Supply Chain Strategy
• Analyze data output from Supply Chain operations, performance KPIs, cost and be able to present data in a way that both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Present project updates/progress of milestones to senior managers as well as project stakeholders
