You #39;ll start by reviewing project plans and coordinating schedules with Project Managers, ensuring that every crew is ready to tackle the day. From overseeing on-site demos to creating detailed materials lists, you #39;re the go-to person for keeping everything on track.You #39;ll lead the crews on-site, provide direction when needed, and make sure all work meets FIRST ONSITE #39;s high standards for quality and safety. You #39;ll also monitor progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to keep everyone in the loop - no surprises!Safety is always top of mind, so you #39;ll conduct safety meetings and ensure that policies are followed. With an eye on both team efficiency and project timelines, you #39;ll inspect work during and after repairs, making sure everything aligns with the scope before signing off.Qualificationsamp; Experience:

• Previous experience from the restoration/construction industry is a MUST HAVE (Preferably with Emergency MItigation experience)
• Strong knowledge of Canadian construction processes and project scheduling
• 3+ years of experience as a supervisor or foreman, leading teams of up to 25 in restoration, emergency, or related industries
• Familiarity with reconstruction practices (water, fire, mold, wind, and vandalism damage)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS OFFFICE - Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, and Xactimate (essential)
• Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, billing, and general math)
• A team player committed to customer service excellence
• Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, crawlspaces)
