You #39;ll start by reviewing project plans and coordinating schedules with Project Managers, ensuring that every crew is ready to tackle the day. From overseeing on-site demos to creating detailed materials lists, you #39;re the go-to person for keeping everything on track.You #39;ll lead the crews on-site, provide direction when needed, and make sure all work meets FIRST ONSITE #39;s high standards for quality and safety. You #39;ll also monitor progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to keep everyone in the loop - no surprises!Safety is always top of mind, so you #39;ll conduct safety meetings and ensure that policies are followed.
