Reporting to the Director of Product Development, you will spearhead a dynamic team of UI/UX designers, driving excellence across five key pillars including leadership, experience, design, research, and engagement. Leadership, where your strategic vision guides the team and continuously improves skillsets.Experience, ensuring our products are intuitive, user centric, and differentiators. Design, bringing innovation and aesthetics together to create effective solutions. Research, conducting insightful studies and experiments to inform design decisions.And Engagement, helping foster meaningful connections between our products and users.
