• $19–$25/hour, based on skill level and assessment
• $2.50/hour shift premium
  • Weekdays: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
  • Weekends: Friday 5:00 p.m. – Monday 8:00 a.m

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts.

Position OverviewAs a Client Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and their beloved pets. We #39;re looking for someone who truly values the client experience and is dedicated to remaining in a client-facing, front desk–focused role. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth communication, compassionate support, and a welcoming environment for every visitor. This is not a stepping-stone position—it’s a vital role at the heart of our hospital.Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and communication
• Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival
• Handle emergency situations with confidence and care
• Manage multi-line phone system and respond to client inquiries
• Provide updates to clients on pet status and wait times
• Present treatment estimates and process payments
• Support patient admissions, discharges, and medical recordkeeping
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the hospital
• Collaborate closely with medical teams to support patient care
• Additional administrative or support tasks as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in a veterinary hospital or emergency setting strongly preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
• Comfortable using electronic medical records and handling sensitive client information
• Fluent English skills (speakingamp; reading) are required for the role.
