  • Complete assigned deliveries and pick ups and/or other tasks assigned by supervisor
  • Scan freight as per agreed procedures
  • Organize and sort all freight to appropriate routes
  • Move freight within the warehouse area as per requirements
  • Accurately sortamp; process, by deadlines, in-bound material
  • Assist Tracing Department with thorough warehouse checks for missorts, on-hands, etc..
  • Perform HIC duties
  • Perform accurate reporting
  • Participate in the organization and clean-up of the warehouse area.
  • Participate in maintaining a safe and co-operative work environment
Do you have what it takes :
  • Ability to lift and carry parcels, up to and including 70 lbs per piece, throughout shift.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and on-time within tight time constraints
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Meet security requirements
  • Broad general working knowledge of warehouse functions
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Comfortable Excel User
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Class 5 drivers licence
WORKING CONDITIONS:Often fatiguing or uncomfortable - hot or cold warehouse environment dependent upon season. The job might often require concentrated levels of attention and physical activity.
