Job Description

This position is for a store clerk working behind the till at a convenience store/gas station in Dauphin, MB.Job responsibilities will include:

  • Operate point-of sale system (cash register)
  • Customer interaction
  • Handling cash
  • Counting inventory
  • Stocking inventory
  • Cleaning duties
  • Shovelling snow
  • Fuel dip measurements
  • Other duties as assigned
Generally set/fixed hours, 3:30PM to 9:30PM, 4 days a week (Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday), though shift flexibility when needed would be an asset.Must be friendly and able to offer great customer service to customers. An outgoing personality would be a great asset.Must be mature, punctual, and reliable.Job requires lifting up to 30lbs, working at ground level (bending/squatting), and shovelling snow when required.Experience in the following is a strong asset:-Lottery Sales (operating lottery terminal/scratch tickets)-Tobacco sales (knowing the brands)Job Types: Part-time, PermanentSalary: $13.50 per hourSchedule:
