Using your relationship-building and client service skills, you have a deep understanding of what is important to your clients and ensure your team is able to provide holistic advice, products, and solutions to meet your clients financial goals. As the Manager, you have the opportunity to build a team of highly capable and motivated individuals to create a positive work environment, ensure effective operations, and build a strong reputation in your community that results in excellent client experiences.More of what youll do

  • Go above and beyond to champion CIBCs values within your community and develop new and existing client relationships
  • Encourage your team to effectively answer client questions and to escalate when necessary
  • Build a culture of collaboration within your team and lead clients to team members that can best offer services to meet their financial goals
  • Monitor your branchs business performance and put actions into place to address any gaps
  • Lead and coach a high performing sales team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives to deepen client relationships
  • Provide meaningful development opportunities for your team
  • Advocate for CIBC within your community to recruit team members who share and demonstrate CIBCs values
