Full Time Term Member Service Representative (9 months)Fusion encourages all interested candidates to apply. We will train the right talent for our Member Service team!Travel will be required therefore candidates must have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license and be comfortable travelling in normal winter driving conditions.The PositionMember Service Representatives provide members with a variety of services related to the promotion and sale of cash and non-cash related deposit products and services with courtesy and accuracy. The successful candidate will respond to members and potential members inquiries, analyze needs, and assists members to utilize the product or service which best meets those needs.The PersonThe successful candidate will have a grade 12 diploma and 2 years job related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A commitment to member service must be evident with the ability to build and maintain relationships with members.
