Job Description

As the assistant you will work with our sales team to help achieve our targets. This position requires you to assist our sales consultants and managers through the sales process from start to finish as well as assist with inventory and marketing. No previous sales experience is required but is an asset. We will provide you with a comprehensive training program and on-boarding process. This position is set up to grow into a sales consultant role.Your Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Complete daily call tasks in a timely fashion
  • Maintaining excellent communication records in our CRM system
  • Book sales appointments for customers when required
  • Assist sales consultants with vehicle sales and deliveries
  • Lot Maintenance
  • Assist management when required
  • Other duties as assigned
We are looking for candidates that have the following traits or experience:
  • A Self-motivated individual with high energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication skills especially over the phone
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to communicate professionally with clients
  • Needs to be proficient with computers and various forms of technology
  • A continuous learner who is coachable-must be able to work independently but also as part of a team
  • An awareness of the automotive industry is an asset
  • Class 5 Drivers license
