Job Description

Description:Northern Lights College offers a wide variety of business management programming for students interested in working towards a career in this field. We are currently recruiting one (or more) sessional instructors to deliver both HADM 310 and HADM 311 to our students in a classroom setting.HADM 320: Community Health Planning and HADM 330: Health Care Law and Ethics in Canada are required courses in a Post-Degree Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Health Administration.   • Masters Degree in Business Management or Leadership with experience as a health professional in the Canadian health sector; or a Masters Degree in Nursing with experience in an administrative or leadership role in the Canadian health sector. Equivalent combinations of health and leadership experience and education may be considered.
  • Commitment to student motivation and success; and the
  • Ability to function effectively as a team member through collaborative approaches to course pedagogy.
Preferred:
  • Instructional experience in a comparable or related post-secondary program; and
  • Experience instructing a culturally diverse group of students, including Indigenous and international students.
