Job Description

Bannister Ford is looking for a happy to help, team oriented individual to fill the role of Receptionist. The Receptionist is our first point of contact for our customers, as well as the anchor for our staff members operating in the building. The Receptionist welcomes customers both in person and remotely and assists them in finding what they need.   • Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service and telephone skills.
  • Able to effectively multi-task, prioritize tasks, and organize schedule in a busy environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technologically adept – ability to operate multi-lined business telephone system, key machine, printers, computers, dealership software, and other office equipment.
  • Solid computer skills experienced with Microsoft Office suite applications.
  • Able to troubleshoot and analyze customer and staff administrative requests.
  • Ability to file and track numerically and alphabetically.
  • Administration / general office experience is an asset.
  • Team player who enjoys helping others.
  • Great attention to detail.
