Position Summary:Rack Petroleum Ltd is full-service supplier of fertilizer, chemical, custom application, agronomy services, research and bulk fuel to producers in west central Saskatchewan. If you live in or near Delisle, SK and are interested in pursuing a seasonal position or summer student placement with The Rack, please visit our website to apply:Position Responsibilities:Working in coordination with a variety of Rack Team Members, Seasonal Staff and Summer Students are responsible to assist the location team in daily operations in a variety of capacities including, but not limited to:

• Customer management
• Yard site maintenance and operations
• Chem shed maintenance and operations
• Inventory control
• Product delivery
• Crop scouting
• Tissue sampling
• Soil sampling
• Adhere to safety protocols and document where possible
• Ability to operate a variety of equipment and able to identify if the equipment is operating properly
• Ability to read work orders
• Overtime and irregular hours expected during busy times
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Forklift and skid steer experience/tickets would be beneficial
• Communication skills - written and verbal
• Farming background and/or crop scouting experience is an asset
• 1+ year of study towards diploma/bachelor degree, preferably in agriculture is an asset
• Class 5 driver #39;s license and safe driving record
• Ability lift and carry 50 lbs
• Willingness and ability to operate equipment required to run/maintain the yard/chemical shed
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
