Job Description

Boundary Co-op is hiring a Full Time Temporary (1 year term) Meat Cutter (40 hours per week) at our Food Store in Deloraine, ManitobaWho we are:Co-op does business differently. To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.boundaryco-op.crsWhat you’ll do:Reporting to the Meat Manager , the Meat Cutter is responsible for:

  • Demonstrate day to day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-op’s vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
  • Greet customers and responding to customer questions,
  • Meat preparation including the use of proper cutting techniques and trim standards.
  • Preparation of in-store made product including sausage and hamburger patties.
  • Meat wrapping.
  • Merchandising display cases including fresh and frozen cases.
  • Assist in inventory management including ordering, receiving, inspecting and storage of product.
  • Follow sanitation and food health standards.
  • Housekeeping and other duties as assigned
