We seek a motivated and reliable team member who thrives on responsibility and teamwork. This role is more than just driving, it #39;s about contributing to a collaborative environment where your dedication directly impacts our success.

  • Overtime: Required when necessary, including short-notice assignments
  • Communication: Strong communication skills are essential
Employee must wear steel toe bootsResponsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance of all safety regulations within your job function
  • Ensure product integrity during transit
  • Clean and maintain your company vehicle
  • Represent Cascadia well to our customers
  • Effectively problem solve any day to day issues
  • Communicate with stakeholders and team members in a professional manner
  • Must be able to fill out standard drivers #39; daily logbooks
  • filling out paperwork for incoming/outgoing materials
  • do pre-trip inspections
  • Daily trips only - No overnight trips.
  • Shipping/receiving, loading/unloading trucks
  • The equipment in it and the general maintenance of the property.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • class 1 License with Air Brake certification
  • Must have flat deck experience
  • Provide a clean driver abstract
  • Familiarity with Vancouver routes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Strong decision makingamp; problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and basic computer skills.
  • 3 or more years of experience
