The team is responsible for ensuring that what is reported in TD #39;s financial balance sheet statement is correct for various lines of business - TDS, TBSM, Wealth, Insurance, Financial Reporting, and others - Credit Cards, Commercial and Personal Banking, TD Auto Finance, and TD Equipment Finance.Job RequirementsColleagues in this entry level position typically require knowledge of or experience with:

• Basic accounting skills (understanding of how debits and credits work)
• Account reconciliation
• Excel
• Accounting or Bank Software systems

Beneficial, But Not Required Experiences And Skills Include:

• Experience with RSP and/or RIF Systems
• Back Office operational experience in processing customer transactions such as payments
• Credit balance refunds and fee refunds
• Communication
• Criticalamp; Analytical Thinking
• Detail oriented
• Problem solving skills

While experience and ability are often prioritized, colleagues in these roles often have the following education or accreditation:

• Undergraduate degree such as finance, accounting, economics, statistics, business administration or commerce

Additional InformationAs with any role in the accounting industry, heavy scheduling periods are expected during the busy times of month end, quarter end and year end. During these periods, additional hours are expected of some roles across our teams. Successful candidates have the opportunity to participate in a voluntary modified scheduling arrangement where they may elect to work up to 12 scheduled hours per day during these peak periods, with specific consecutive days off scheduled over a less busy period of the month.
