Job Description

DescriptionProtrans Personnel Services has an exciting new growth opportunity for a Manager, Business Development. This person will be responsible for developing, implementing and leading our business development initiatives to drive the company #39;s new customer growth.Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive annual strategic sales plan with forecasting, KPIs and goals to support long-term growth strategies.
  • Drive all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to transition to Operations delivery team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Safety and Finance to align business development efforts with company goals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Ensure a deep understanding of client needs to deliver customized solutions that drive value.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the current competitive landscape to ensure Protrans is well positioned to compete and win in the market.
  • Utilize CRM tool to document sales activity and maintain pipeline account activity.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activity, account planning, market trends, and progress toward business objectives.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales and strategic sales development
  • Strong customer centered focus
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals successfully.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Staffing experience would be considered an asset
