This program is designed to complement your on-the job experience and features:- Leadership talks with key Leaders from across the organization- Connect and Learns on topics such as Innovation- Diversity and Inclusion and Personal Branding and so much moreAbout MDM (Master Data Management):The FinOps MDM team is responsible for the maintenance of chart of account and finance hierarchies.Services Include:- Managing chart of accounts (CCOA) and reporting hierarchies- Validating hierarchy change implications across hierarchies- Maintaining hierarchies, Alias tables and Mapping- Managing Dimensions / Attributes / Rejects- Opening / Updating / Closing GL Account Strings- Monitoring Rejects and Incident Management for Data Maintenance IssuesJOB DESCRIPTIONReporting to the Master Data Management (MDM) Maturity Manager, the resource will support and may oversee key maturity initiatives such as building dashboard and collaboration with MDM colleagues owning maturity and process improvements. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong time management skills, organization skills, be self-motivated, and result driven.Specific responsibilities may include:- Ownership of specific maturity items to completion and collaboration with MDM colleagues- Keep the MDM Maturity Manager informed and up-to-date about the status / progress of projects and / or all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day specific maturity activities- Provide support during implementation and testing of new processes changes and/or technology- Maybe asked to provide support on data maintenance production as neededJOB REQUIREMENTS- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work termADDITIONAL INFORMATIONPlease note that this is a general posting.
