Cavendish Farms is a leading producer of frozen potato products for retail and foodservice markets throughout Canada, the United States and around the world. We have state-of-the-art processing plants in New Annan PE, Lethbridge, AB, Wheatley, ON and another in Jamestown, ND, with head offices in Dieppe, NB and sales locations in Toronto, Montreal and Boston.The Process and Systems Specialist will play a key role in Cavendish Farms Supply Chain. The successful candidate will work cross functionally to support and improve processes and key supply chain systems, as well as ensure strategic initiatives are on track and delivering value. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with aquot;Can-Do quot; attitude and thrive in a fast paced environment.The successful Candidate will possess the following:Good collaboration and consensus building skills Ability to understand the big picture and think strategically Good attention to detail Some experience with project management Basic financial and business acumen Post-secondary degree Experience working with ERP or transportation systems such as Oracle, MercuryGate Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Power Point, Visio, Excelamp; TeamsThe following will be considered valuable assets:Experience in Supply Chain Experience supporting and implementing systems Six Sigma (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, etc) Certification Experience with leading changeKey Responsibilities:Coordinate the overall Supply Chain initiatives plan and prioritization lists Ensure processes are documented, training is in place and process performance is monitored through metricsamp; daily management.
