As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced FullStack Developer (Java/Angular).As a FullStack Developer with BrainRidge Consulting, you will play a key role in building, optimizing, and scaling robust platforms.The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge across both front-end and back-end systems, coupled with experience managing the full development lifecycle. This role will involve designing innovative software solutions that deliver superior performance, stability, and a seamless user experience while leading projects from conception through to deployment and ongoing support.Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain fully integrated platforms with complex back-end systems, ensuring performance, stability, and scalability across databases, servers, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Architect end-to-end user experiences, focusing on responsive design, cross-platform compatibility, and intuitive interfaces.
• Lead full lifecycle software development efforts, overseeing everything from initial concept and design through to testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
• Guide teams in writing, building, and deploying software solutions, ensuring best practices in development and deployment are followed.
• Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for faster and more efficient delivery of software enhancements and features.
• Drive performance optimization and troubleshooting efforts, identifying and resolving system inefficiencies during testing and production phases.
• Offer expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies while ensuring alignment with business and enterprise-level goals at BrainRidge Consulting.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing forward innovative solutions to drive the business forward.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular) and back-end development (Java, Microservices, Spring-boot, API development).
• Extensive experience with databases, caching, server management, and web architecture.
• Strong ability to architect, develop, and maintain scalable, cross-platform, and high-performing software systems.
• Proficiency in version control, automated testing, and maintaining a high standard of code quality.
• Capable of overseeing the entire software development process with minimal supervision, ensuring alignment with project and business objectives.
• Proven experience in guiding technical teams and contributing to high-impact business projects within tight deadlines.
• Superior skills in technical writing, documentation, and communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills, enabling effective relationship-building within teams and with clients.
• Agile learner who adapts quickly to new technologies and evolving industry standards.
