Job Description

Full Time Monday to Friday (4:30AM-12:30PM)Located just minutes east of London in the village of Dorchester. Must have own means of transportation, there is no access to public transit from this location.As a Baker, you are responsible for preparing all food products for the restaurant. You build positive relationships with a team of diverse members. You take pride in ensuring that product is always available for guests to enhance their experience.Benefits

Job Requirements:
  • Responsible for the preparation of all products. Ensuring all food prepared is of the highest quality, and overproduction is kept to a minimum to avoid waste.
  • Ensure all product is in stock advising the management staff when product is getting low
  • Responsible for keeping the kitchen and baking area in a clean organized manner
  • Assists management with food orders
  • Prepare food quantity according to production reports
  • Assist with unloading product deliveries as required
  • Training and developing new/existing team members
  • Monitor product levels and ensure it is replenished as required
  • Must be available weekdays 11 am to 7 pm Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Have strong operational experience
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have a desire to gain experience to help you be successful in your career
