  • Develop maintenance strategies in collaboration with our service partners.
  • Plan and organize preventive maintenance jobs for Bombardier production and building equipment.
  • Validate quality of preventive maintenance plans with entrepreneurs.
  • Validate that all documentation is delivered on time.
  • Validate that all maintenance contracts are up to date and represented properly the maintenance requirements.
  • Enter purchase orders and request for quote, of equipment that need repairs
  • Validation of price for yearly maintenance plans
  • Update budget
  • Create purchase order
  • Approving invoices and follow ups.
  • Analyse contrats to make sure that the maintenance plan is optimal.
  • Keep the vendor files and information up to date.
QualificationsAs our ideal candidate,
  • You have a college degree in a technical field : Building maintenance, Hvac or mecanical
  • You are bilingual french and english, in both written and oral.
  • You are able to manage time in a high volume job environment.
  • You have 2 to 5 years of experience
  • You have good knowledge of MS project suite
  • You have good knowledge with an ERP module (Maximo)
