• All client communication is in English. Example of customers could be ; Global/ Challenger/ Learjet high net worth clients, speak to flight representatives
• Be the Front line focal for all customer requests for spare parts. They are dealing with suppliers around the world, they can be requesting parts such as; coffee makers, espresso makes, computers, valves, wiring harnesses, switched, tires, toilets, etc.
• Process customer orders and vendor purchase orders in SAP
• Process Spare part orders via the Telephone, Email, Online Portal and follow-up on customer deliveries
• Be responsible to manage critical shortages of parts in order to support the return to service of an aircraft on ground.
• Managing client expectations during an aircraft on ground event and provide timely communication throughout
• Manage the internal and external procurement flow of materials to meet the appropriate level of service to our customers and the inventory level requirements within budget constraints.
• In a changing environment geared towards increased customer’s satisfaction, you will also manage discrepancies and deviations related to planned in-flows by proposing solutions and raising suppliers awareness of their commitment to meet customer and operator’s satisfaction.
• Responsibilities also include placement of Purchase Orders, administering portfolio activities related to invoicing and PO pricing issues. In addition, the agent will need to be able to clearly analyze varied situations in a pressurized environment and make decisions in an efficient and structured manner.
• Handle customer communication and manage escalations for orders, MRA, disputes, credits and other issues
• Be responsible to manage critical shortages of parts to support the return to service of an aircraft or the customer’s required date
• Communicate with suppliers and with Customers on all orders
• Manage the internal and external procurement flow of materials to meet the appropriate level of service to our customers and the inventory level requirements within budget constraints.
• Administer portfolio activities related to invoicing and PO pricing issues
• Analyze varied situations in a pressurized environment and make decisions in an efficient and structured manner.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must haves:

• 2+ years of logistic experience, Material logistic background or customer service experience (Call center)
• Strong English communication skills verbal and Written

French with basic English is fine as well

• Strong customer service skills
• Someone who has a logistic background (placing orders with suppliers)
• Process oriented
• Ability to work with ERP/CRM
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Asset:

• Bilingualism is an asset
• SAP
• Excel- look up, pivot tables
• Zendesk- creating cases
• aerospace
• Knowledge of SAP, Enovia and Catia (Asset)
