Il agit à titre d’agent de changement dans la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques et d’une culture de prévention en SST construction. Lors de situations à risque pour lesquelles les mesures de mitigation lui apparaissent insuffisantes pour préserver la santé et sécurité des personnes, il a l’autorité de recommander ou d’ordonner l’arrêt des activités de construction.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
