Formateur technique pour Navistar (véhicules lourds)***NOUS EMBAUCHONS***FORMATEUR TECHNIQUE POUR NAVISTARÀ propos de nous :International Rive-Nord est un concessionnaire de camions lourds en affaires depuis plus de 70 ans ayant un tout nouveau centre de formation sous la bannière Navistar (Camions International). Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un formateur technique pour compléter notre équipe de formateur Navistar à Dorval (Québec). Le titulaire de ce poste devra former l’ensemble des techniciens faisant partie du réseau International nord-américain. Il devra tout de même évaluer le rendement des techniciens, apporter les corrections nécessaires et les encourager dans l’atteinte des objectifs.Responsabilités principales : Au quotidien, le formateur devra assumer les responsabilités suivantes :- Prendre en charge les activités d’apprentissage quotidiennes en classe et dans le centre de formation;- Offrir une formation technique aux techniciens en respectant les exigences/standards de Navistar;- Préparer la formation de façon à la rendre dynamique et efficace;- Élaborer un plan d’action pour faciliter le transfert d’apprentissages en milieu du travail;- Participer à l’élaboration de la documentation de formation;- Agir à titre d’expert pour guider et soutenir les apprentissages des techniciens (produits, systèmes, etc.)- Si nécessaire, accomplir toute autre tâche connexe reliée à l’emploi.En joignant notre équipe vous bénéficierez : - D’un salaire compétitif variable selon expérience- Des assurances collectives (soins médicaux, soins dentaires, etc.)- D’un tout nouveau centre de formation qui donne le goût d’enseigner- Des outils de travail performants à la fine pointe de la technologie- Des occasions de donner les formations en télétravail- D’un milieu de travail inclusif, diversifié et empreint de respectExigences/qualifications : - Flexibilité relativement aux heures supplémentaires- Disponible à voyager en dehors de la province et du pays (passeport requis)- Le candidat doit avoir une très bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit- Expérience comme formateur sera considérée comme un atout mais pas nécessaire.- Bonnes connaissances en informatique (Excel, PowerPoint)- Bonnes connaissances du produit International- Habiletés à transmettre l’information, à la synthétiser et à la simplifier- Capacité à analyser des problèmes complexes et à trouver des solutions adaptées- Aptitude à mobiliser une équipe de travailAutres informations pertinentes : - Horaire de travail flexible- Statut d’emploi : Temps plein, permanent.- Lieu de travail : 1300 boul. We are currently looking for a technical trainer to complete our Navistar training team in Dorval, Quebec. The holder of this position will have to train all technicians who are part of the North American International network.
