You will be part of new team of talented and agile experts to change and deploy our digital, e-commerce and crm ecosystems in all our geographies in Europe and North America. Join Graitec to become one of the leaders of this digital transformation.Overview:Role purpose/Objective
  • Deploy the new website strategy in close collaboration with corporate team;
  • Structure and organize engaging technical and marketing content that adds value for our B2B audience;
  • Put in place multi-channel campaigns in close collaboration with corporate team that engage our target audience to generate leads or direct purchases and build brand awareness;
  • Drive and implement a communication (internal and external) strategy for Graitec in the UK that will mainly focus on digital media.
  • Build qualitative relationships with our main partner Autodesk (fundings…)
Key Responsibilities Digital :Drive the new website development localization in close collaboration with corporate team;Drive the deployment of an efficient acquisition strategy (SEM, Affiliation, Retargeting, Affiliation, emailings) for Graitec in the UK: leads acquisition and e-commerce in close collaboration with corporate team;Manage execution of SEO implementation and optimization;
  • Manage budget and global digital media planning;
  • Act as a facilitator about digital topics and introduce a digital culture in Graitec.
Content:
  • Manage the production, partnering with sales and product teams, of high quality materials for inbound marketing including: blog posts, social media, interviews, case studies, newsletters… following the corporate guidelines.
  • Ensure country alignment and consistency to achieve brand and communication objectives across digital, social media, events, media coverage…
CRM:
  • Localize and adapt CRM communication campaigns in close collaboration with corporate team with clearly defined objectives, unified tone of voice, key performance indicators, target audiences and timetables;
Manage local communication calendar for newsletters, marketing campaigns and the yearly pipeline;Analytics:
  • Monitor marketing and sales funnel metrics to track performance and implement measures that optimize conversion rates at each stage of the buyer journey and control the email commercial pressure;
Media PR and event:
  • Manage media relations PR, events and clients workshops to ensure our presence and promote Graitec image.

Success Indicators
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with the corporate team;
  • Respect of milestones and global project planning, especially for the new website deployment;
  • Produce relevant content for the new site with special attention to SEO (maintaining and possibly improving current SEO positions);
  • Provide annual communication plan: objectives, calendar, assets..
  • To effectively support the organisation of our events and in particular the BIMup Conference by ensuring local organisation.
  • Implement full Welcome/Nurturing/Renew email campaigns by the end of 2022;
  • Implement a lead acquisition strategy and demonstrate tangible results: +25% leads versus 2021;
  • Organise regular meetings with our partner Autodesk and maintain or increase funding;
  • Provide monthly dashboards to measure: website traffic and main indicators, leads, conversion rate, quality of leads...
Responsibilities:
  • What you must have done already:
o Bachelor’s in business or marketing or equivalent experience,o 3+ years of experience;o Very significant experience in managing content website;o Very significant experience in online lead acquisition strategy/e-commerce (mandatory);o Very significant experience of SEO, SEM, affiliation, retargeting, social activations; (Linkedin, Facebook…)o Experience of marketing automation tools as Dynamics/Salesforce, Hubspot CRM…o Experience of tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics) to assess campaign effectiveness.o Experience in collaborating with international teams (guidelines) and content localizations.
  • What is nice to have done already:
