Job Description

Let your career take flight by joining our diverse and vibrant team at the leading edge of passenger aviation.Responsible for the development of robust distribution and payment acceptance product plans that include the design and development of performance analytics, expense budgets, cost outlooks and long-range forecasting models to deliver business goals and support emerging distribution and payment product opportunities.A key mission of this position is to be able to rapidly understand economic models and cost drivers of current and emerging distribution channels and payment acceptance products/services in-order to create accurate business models and cases, budgets, effective cost/invoice data management, audit, analysis and forecast reporting capabilities. Provide optimal support to achieve the desired commercial results of the assigned business portfolio in the area of cost management and control in line with company vision, values and governance.Responsible for the accurate and timely development and fulfillment of all distribution and payment acceptance business financial exercise obligations.

  • Develop and manage global distribution and payments budget, outlook and long-range plans
  • Develop and manage business planning and forecasting for distribution and payment programs and products
  • Design, implement and manage business forecasting frameworks and predective analytics solutions
  • Proactively monitor distbribution and payment channel cost trends which may jeopardize the achievement of company objectives and formulate corrective recommendations
  • Design planning and forecast models for new and emerging distribution and payments cost drivers
  • Monitor, benchmark and report on distribution and payment market trends and industry best practices
  • Oversee the development and implementation of improved distribution cost management and analytics capabilities
  • Provide cost planning analysis and support for strategic distribution and payments initiatives
  • Monitor cost reporting effectiveness to improve usability and performance so as to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate distribution channel billing information data and performance metrics
  • Ensure contract compliance for third party distribution and payment product partners
  • Act as subject matter expert/resource for internal and external customers on distribution and payments cost planning related items
  • Ensure the provision of ad-hoc commercial initiative plans and cost models
  • Provide escalation support in dispute resolution activities for contract/plan/invoice discrepancies
Qualifications
  • University degree in a relevant field of study
  • Minimum 5 years of payments/distribution business forecasting or related experience
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence applications such as Office Suite, PowerBI, Teradata, Alteryx
  • Results oriented, with attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, presentation, and project management skills
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit with a creative desire to innovate
  • Ability to thrive in a fast moving and complex environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong business acumen, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Team player, with strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Motivated self-starter who can work with minimal direction and supervision
  • High degree of flexibility with shifting priorities and work hours
  • Available to travel as required
