We are a premier Canadian aviation company with an international presence!If you’re looking for an opportunity to join and grow with a dynamic company, you will thrive at Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group!What your day will look like as a Manager, SourcingReporting to the VP, Finance and Admnistration, the Manager, Sourcing, will provide leadership, management, direction and expert level consultative advise on procurement and supply management support of Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group. The incumbent will ensure proper inventory control and reporting, consistent use of strategic sourcing methodology and vendor performance, tracking, reporting o supply agreements and purchase orders; will also be responsible for further developing supplier relationships to improve business processes.What is expected from a Manager, Sourcing at Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group:Strategic Leadership and Partnership development as this relates to Procurement for IEAGPlanning and plan execution as this related to a review and development of a refreshed and refined IEAG Procurement processOperations: Management of all aspects of the the Procurement process for IEAGMangement of Procurement department staffCustomer ServiceCandidate Requirements:Undergraduate degree with a major in Supply Chain or Business ManagementProfessional Purchasing or Logistics designation (CPP or P.
