A full-service provider of tailored aviation solutions to business aircraft OEMs, owners, operators, and commercial airlines.Execaire is looking for an Operation Coordinator to grow their team, this person will provide technical assistance to the manager of operation under the direction of the director of flight operations supporting the operation team, the chief pilots and the maintenance team. At all time the employee must Comply and understand the Execaire Safety Policy.The candidate will, but not limited to:Aicraft onboarding and retirementCoordinate and Assist in the early stage of operations for new aircraft.Responsible of the researches and paperwork of aircrafts.Coordinate submissions of new equipment with various authorities (TC, FAA and TCO).Distribute documents for each aircraft (Licenses, insurance, etc).Quality Assurance, Regulations and ProcessesAssist the operation team during Audits (TC, ARGUS, IS-BAO, other External companies), Track Findings and due dates and coordinate submissions to the Auditors.Support the implementation of the Flight Crew Member Fatigue Management Regulation.Ensure all changes are kept current in accordance to ICAO SARPs and IS-BAO Standards.Coordinate with supplier the research required for the build-up of major documents such as Operator MELs.Administrative SupportBuild the Agenda, take minutes and ensure follow up on action items of various meetings.Coordinate the Correction of manuals with subject matter expert (Emergency Procedures, Training Manual, SOPs, COM).Assist Chief pilots and all Execaire pilots.Assist to the MOQA.Assist the Flight Safety Officer.Assist the Training System Manager.Assist the EFB manager from YUL.With the help of the Manager of operation, amend and produce presentation and briefings for the Director of Flight operations.In charge of drawing up internal and external correspondence for the Director of Flight Operation and Chief PilotsQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSCompletion College degree is requiredAviation experience (3-5 years)Safety Management experienceGood Computer skillsDynamic and energetic leader in operational issuesSolid confidence and communication skillsStrong leadership and motivational skillsAbility to think/work creatively and strategicallyAbility to work under pressureGreat team work and takes initiativesIMP is committed to Employment Equity and our goal is to be a diverse workforce that is representative at all job levels.
