Job DescriptionThe Operations Agent will be responsible for coordinating operations with the various stakeholders at the airport.

Plan, coordinate, communicate, lead and control the activities related to Air Transat flights at the Montreal airport (YUL);
Interact with various service providers, governmental agencies and airport authorities;
Responsible for briefing the crew;
Elaboration of the loading plan;
Consult and communicate flight messages (MVT, DPM, LDM, etc.);
Communicate UHF and VHF;
Answer telephone calls and emails;
Manage irregular situations (delays, diversions, flight cancellations, etc.);
Code the various delays;
Prepare operations reports;
Monitoring of operations.
