Job Description

Imagine the number of lives you can positively impact as we work together to reimagine medicine.Reporting to Country Patient Engagement Lead, create meaningful strategies to help engage patients through a multitude of forums and help ensure that the patient engagement & advocacy initiatives are developed, executed, and evolved in line with our Code of Ethics with the voice of the patient engrained throughout the process. This individual will assist the PE lead in ensuring all aspects of the daily operations run effectively and efficiently, identify and resolve upcoming issues, improve processes and channel information, ensure quality deliverables.Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Work collaboratively across-business unit and/or functions to bring in critical patient insights to inform corporate strategies and key decisions.
  • Drive all patient advocacy and/or engagement activities and build a patient-centric reputation for Novartis
  • Build appropriate program engagement strategy, ensuring cross-functional alignment, including where relevant budget and resource allocation management. Put in place policies and systems to effectively execute the given strategy
  • Stay current with relevant information and resources regarding industry and health care legislation. Providing updates regularly to the disease communities.

  • Bachelor’s degree (e.g. BSc) / University Diploma or equivalent; 5 years’ experience in communications/donor relations and stewardship / patient advocacy. Fluent in English and French.
