Reporting to the Supervisor of International Operations and Service Acquisition, Travel Coordinator participates in the overall success of the 24/7 Operations Control Centre based in Montreal Canada.What your day will look like as a Travel Coordinator:Support the Pilot in Command (PIC) in their responsibilities as this related to travel service related logistics.Acquire all logistics (catering, ground transportation, handling, overflight permits, commercial traffic rights, etc.) for flights operated or supported by Execaire or Image Air Charter.Ensure all services are acquired at the best possible value.Obtain fuel quotes and secure fuel services with our suppliers.Ensure interface with customers, flight crew and operations personnel.Execute any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor of International Operations and Service Acquisition.Qualifications:Bilingual (Spoken and written).Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office and Flight Planning Software (an asset).1-3 years’ related experience; aviation experience preferred.Experience in procurement is an asset.Dynamic and energetic with strong motivation and communication skills. Ability to think/work independently, creatively and strategically.Ability to work under pressure.
