Job Description

Overview:CDN Controls Ltd. is a fully integrated provider of instrumentation, electrical, automation, communication, combustion and emissions, and meter proving services throughout Western Canada. At CDN Controls, we understand that our employees are the biggest asset in our success, and we take great pride in selecting employees who are team orientated, driven and eager to succeed.CDN is currently looking for labourers local to Drumheller who are interested in the Renewable Energy industry to join our team. CDN provides on the job training, steady work, competitive pay and benefits.Responsibilities:As a labourer, you will be responsible to:

  • Trench and run cable
  • Assemble steel ground mount racking and panels
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in physically challenging conditions
  • Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Industry or trade experience is not required, we will train
  • Valid Class 5 license with a clean driver abstract is an asset
  • A pre-employment drug and alcohol test is required prior to employment
  • Must be able to take direction and work well in a team environment
  • Must have MSA approved steel toed boots and hard hat
