Job DetailsDescriptionWe have an immediate opening for a Receptionist to join our team working at our branch office in Drumheller, AB.Primary Responsibilities:Ensure the needs of customers are being met through superior customer serviceAnswer multi-line phones and directing client inquiriesControl the flow of walk in customers and callersMonitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and couriersProcess customer payments, bank deposits, petty cash management and account codingAccurate data entry, scan and review incoming paperworkEnsure Agency Manager system & company portals are updated consistentlyManage office supplies including business cardsSkills and Experience:High School2+ years of customer service experience( previous insurance experience preferred but not required, we will train and develop the right candidate)Willing to obtain License 1Excellent customer service skills and adept in conflict resolutionDemonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfullyStrong analytical and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWe thank all applicants for their interest, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.BrokerLink is committed to providing an accessible environment.
