Job Description

As a Product Validation Manager, you will be responsible for the team and all product validation activities and our development workshop.Your primary mandate will be to run the product validation process according to our product development process (PDP) in order to offer a turnkey service to our development teams.Also, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the development workshop and its equipment, ensuring high performance standards in a safe environment.Heres an overview of your tasks:

  • Supporting our suppliers in their quality control efforts and improving supplier quality assurance (SQA) processes
  • Establishing and monitoring QA performance indicators
  • Managing non-conformances, problem resolution analysis and corrective action plans with suppliers
  • Coordinating the rapid resolution of urgent supplier non-quality issues to avoid production line stoppages
  • Participate in the establishment of product specifications and quality requirements with our suppliers, based on customer and engineering requirements
  • Periodically audit our suppliers from a quality perspective
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • You have a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, or a technical diploma with management experience, or any other relevant training
  • You have 3 to 5 years experience in engineering and personnel management
  • You have a good command of English, both written and spoken
  • You are available to travel abroad for work purposes
