Job Description

WHAT TO EXPECTDo you have an interest in HR marketing and employer branding Our HR Communications and Marketing team is looking for someone to join our team! If you love writing and social media, we want to meet you. In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, your mission will be to develop engaging content and deploy it through various communication channels in order to bring #LifeAtSoucy to life for our employees and to promote Soucys employer brand.Heres an overview of your tasks:

  • Participate in the development of strategies and concepts for HR communications and marketing campaigns
  • Write content for recruitment campaigns, internal communications and social media
  • Coordinate the production of visuals, communications and marketing tools
  • Participate in the organization of employee events and talent attraction
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelors degree in communications or marketing or a college education in social media management
  • Interest in social media and HR marketing (an asset)
  • Initiative and good organizational skills
  • The desire to contribute to projects with your out-of-the-box ideas!
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects at once
  • Knowledge of the Adobe suite and Hubspot (an asset)
