Job Description

WHAT TO EXPECTAre you interested in HR marketing and employer branding Our HR Communications and Marketing team has an internship for you! Were looking for someone who loves writing and social media to work with us, in a fun way! In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing engaging content and deploying it through various communication channels in order to bring #LifeAtSoucy to life for our employees and to promote the Soucy employer brand.Heres an overview of your tasks:

  • Participate in the development of strategies and concepts for HR communications and marketing campaigns
  • Write content for recruitment campaigns, internal communications and social media
  • Coordinate the production of visuals, communications and marketing tools
  • Participate in the organization of employee events and talent attraction
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelors degree in communications or marketing (in progress)
  • Interest in HR marketing (an asset)
  • Initiative and good organizational skills
  • The desire to contribute to projects with your out-of-the-box ideas!
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to handle multiple projects at once
  • Knowledge of the Adobe suite and Hubspot (an asset)
WHY DO AN INTERNSHIP WITH US
  • The internship will run from January 9 to April 21, 2023 and is paid, of course
  • The schedule is Monday through Friday and is flexible: you can finish at noon on Fridays!
