  • Interpret and verify work orders;
  • Enter data for relevant productions in various software tools;
  • Create work orders and related documents and forward them to the affected departments;
  • Assist the purchasing department in folow-ups with suppliers and processing purchase orders;
  • Assist the Logistics department in preparing shipping documentation and in moving inventory with external sites;
  • Update various IT tracking tools;
  • All other related tasks.
This position is considered to be entry level and can provide growth opportunities within different departments within the company. The physical presence of the incumbent will alternate between our main production site and our secondary production site, both located in Drummondville, Québec.What will you need to succeed
  • Attestation of college studies in Logistics, Management, or any field related to manufacturing;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • Different but equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered;
  • Ability to demonstrate rigour, resourcefulness, initiative, versatility, and determination;
  • Strong problem solving skills;
  • Ability to work within a team, collaborative spirit and strong ability to manage priorities;
  • Kowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel);
  • Knowledge of SAP (PP, PtP, SD, and WM modules) is a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of French (spoken and written);
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written);
  • Class 5 driver’s licence and vehicle.
