  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with agricultural entrepreneurs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, working closely with the members of your team
  • Be the point of contact for customers when your coworkers are on the road
  • Support customers and propose financing and other products tailored to their needs
  • Manage customer records and keep data up to date
  • Process financing documentation and loan amendments
  • Guide customers through FCC’s online services
  • Awe customers and coworkers with your timely work and proactive approach
  • Participate in the success of agriculture and agri-food businesses in your community
  • Contribute to the advancement of Canada’s agriculture and agri-food industry

What you need:
  • Certificate in administration, diploma of college studies (DCS) or similar technical diploma or certificate, and at least two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Understanding of financing, legal documentation requirements and standard office software
