Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHeritage Mill Works Ltd. is a Custom Cabinet and Millwork Manufacturer located in Hanwell, NB, just outside of Fredericton and serving all of New Brunswick.We do both residential and commercial work. We are a small to medium sized shop, employing and average of 8-10 workers year round. We have an opening with our Company for a Cabinet Installer. The successful applicant will be required to utilize hand and power tools, read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications, measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, build or install boxes, mouldings and custom pieces such as Fireplace Mantels, build or install special door systems and accessories, complete warranty work and repairs, load and unload trucks with supplies, equipment, and millwork pieces, listen to and take instruction, deal with home and business owners in a professional manner. They will be dependable and have an excellent work ethic, be honest and trustworthy always respecting belongings and privacy of our clients, take pride in their work and in the company that they work for,be self motivated and able to work independently, be able to organize their time to complete work in a timely and efficient manner, while keeping a quality job their main objective. The successful applicant will be able to work well with other members of our team, pay close attention to detail, not mind repetitive tasks and long periods of standing, be able to lift heavy objects, work carefully and safely in a shop or job site environment. They will need to be willing to work overtime when required to meet schedule, and be flexible and willing to help out in other areas of the shop when necessary.Although Industry or Carpentry Experience is an asset, Heritage is willing to train the right candidate to become successful at this job.
