Industrial Mechanic (433A) – Eastern TorontoA leading manufacturer of aluminum extrusions and related products is seeking a licensed 433A Millwright to join their Maintenance Team. As an Industrial Millwright, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment to support production efficiency.Salary: $43.45 per hour + shift premium (12-hour rotating continental shift)Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment, including pumps, conveyors, and welding machines
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with production teams to reduce downtime
• Work from ladders, man lifts, and within confined spaces

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications:

• 433A Millwright certification
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably with a focus on aluminum extrusion
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating continental shifts (days, nights, weekends)
• Proficiency in pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting
• Experience with machine shop tools (lathe, mill, grinder)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
