We are a small neighbourhood pasta shop in Leaside specializing in fresh quality ingredients. We make a variety of extruded pasta and hand made stuffed pastas. Pasta is prepared to sell fresh in the shop, made as a hot dish to order, prepared meals to go and sent in bulk to our Avenue Rd store/restaurant.We are currently looking for a candidate to make fresh pasta and prepared meals sold in our shop.Job Expectation: - Measuring ingredients and follow a recipe ( sauces, fillings, dough...)- Rolling gnocchi, layering lasagnas, filling ravioli- Weighing and packaging pasta- Using pasta extruder and pasta production machines- Lift 20 kgs-Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment ( cleaning the equipment, kitchen tools and work area)Tutto Pronto is made up of a small yet hard working team, who is dedicated to the job. The candidate should be someone who fits into a culture that is respectful, positive, trustworthy and a team player. Strong knowledge of fresh pasta making and Italian food is a bonus!
