G-Macs AgTeam is looking to fill the role of full-time, permanent Operations Assistant at our Eatonia, SK location. We are looking for a motivated, career-minded individual to support all facets of the operations at the retail location.The Operations Assistant must load and unload shipments regularly, with the capability of repetitive heavy lifting, and use any necessary equipment, e.g. forklift, etc. Other responsibilities will include assisting with the unloading and directing of trucks for fertilizer delivery, and loading product and fertilizer for customer pick-ups. The Operations Assistant must understand the impact of this position on other business functions that depend on the accuracy and efficiency of operations. Inventory management and customer service with internal and external customers are essential functions for this position. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.Qualifications & Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate, service, and troubleshoot machinery.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift, machinery, and equipment operation experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be willing to work overtime as required to meet seasonal demands.
• Class 1A license an asset, but not required
